I’m Kate Delaforce, a registered psychologist and founder of Kate Loren Psychology. I believe in the importance of creating a safe and supportive space where people feel comfortable to be themselves, big feelings, vulnerabilities, strengths and all. I work with children, adolescents and parents in the therapy space, and support clients across the lifespan through psychological assessment.
Services
Child & Adolescent Therapy
Child (6 y.o. +) and adolescent focused therapy for a range of presenting concerns. A special interest in anxiety, resilience building, perfectionism and school refusal/avoidance.
Parenting Support
Offering a supportive and compassionate space for parents and caregivers to reflect, develop confidence, build skills and strengthen relationships, without judgement.
Psychological Assessment
Psychological assessments for children (6 y.o. +), adolescents and adults including cognitive, academic and behavioural. A special interest in learning difficulties, ADHD & Autism.
Cosmetic Readiness Assessment
This assessment is via referral only, and designed to help cosmetic practitioners and their patients achieve best outcomes from cosmetic procedures, assessing motivations, expectations and wellbeing.
