About me…

Hello and welcome…

As a registered psychologist living and working on the beautiful Gold Coast, my aim is to walk alongside you and your family with compassion, curiosity, and care as we work towards meaningful change. With a strong interest in educational and developmental psychology, and having completed a Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology (Advanced) through Monash University, I primarily work with children (6+ years), adolescents, and families in the therapy space. I also provide assessments across the lifespan to support people at different stages of life, which is an area of practice that has been a strong interest and personal passion from the beginning.

From a therapeutic perspective, initially my work was focussed on supporting adolescents. However, becoming a parent changed how I see the world and how I practice. It deepened my empathy, strengthened my understanding of the real life challenges families face, and reinforced my belief that we are all doing the best we can with what we know. That belief now sits at the heart of everything I do, and over time my areas of special interest have expanded to reflect this broader perspective.

I’m here to support you, your child, or your family, whether you’re navigating big emotions, school challenges, parenting stress, or simply needing a clearer sense of what is going on and what to do next.
