Child, Adolescent & Adult Therapy
Offering therapy to children (6 y.o. +), adolescents and adults to support a range of presenting challenges and/or concerns (e.g. anxiety, perfectionism, body image, school refusal, separation)
Parenting Support
Offering a supportive and compassionate space for parents and caregivers to reflect, develop confidence, build skills and strengthen relationships, without judgement.
Psychological Assessment
Psychological assessments for children (4 y.o. +), adolescents and adults including cognitive, academic and behavioural. A special interest in special learning disorders, ADHD & Autism.
Cosmetic Readiness Assessment
This assessment is via referral only, and designed to help cosmetic practitioners and their patients achieve best outcomes from cosmetic procedures, assessing motivations, expectations and wellbeing.
